A new joint standing committee has been created by Epping Town Council to help forge closer links and ways of working between the Council and the Epping-Eppingen Town Twinning Association. The new committee of six will comprise of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and myself, plus the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and President of the Town Twinning Association.The terms of reference for this committee will be: “To bring forward for discussion those items of information relevant to the town-twinning and to make recommendations to Council so as to forward the overall aims of the twinning arrangement for the benefit of the people of Epping and Eppingen.”
